By 29 March 1952, more than 100 workers were striking from building additional Raven Rock housing at Camp Ritchie, which was to be a supplemental installation for the underground Pentagon at Fountaindale. No work was going on in the Raven Rock (Beard Lot) tunnel at that time.[28] Local travelers having to bypass on the serpentine on the slope between Monterey and Fountaindale grew frustrated during the delay (the incomplete tunnel was derogatorily dubbed "Harry's Hole," for President Truman.) By 7 April 1952, United Telephone Company rights of way had been secured for four tracts, including one in Cumberland Township.[29] Easements for three additional private tracts were filed by the government in December 1953[30] (a 1954 lawsuit against the U.S. by Alfred Holt was seeking $2,000 an acre for his 140-acre woodlot atop the Beard Lot [after] turning down an offer of $2,800 from the government.)[31]
A 1952 Army history disclosed Raven Rock information.[32] Three underground buildings were completed in 1953,[33] the year a guard shelter burned on the installation.[34] By April 1954, "Little Pentagon" development had cost $35,000,000.[35]

Bush.[47][48] The Raven Rock Mountain Complex was declared part of the Pentagon Reservation under 10 U.S.C. ยง 2674(g) and on May 25, 2007, DoD policy declared it is unlawful for any person entering or on the property ..."to make any photograph, sketch, picture, drawing, map or graphical representation of the Raven Rock Mountain Complex without first obtaining the necessary permission."[49]

Given the severe limitations of underground living, anything extraneous must be eliminated. The entire building must be thought of as a single unit, where the actions of each resident inevitably effects all other residents. This is what makes the bunker more like a submarine than a tower block. In the event of a major incident, the umbilical cord to the world on the other side of the blast doors would be snipped and the clock would start ticking to a resupply.
We visited one of the completed 1,800-sq ft condos, which felt like a clean, predictable hotel room. I looked out of one of the windows and was shocked to see that it was night outside. I guessed we must have been underground for more than a few hours at this point.

Plan your site in advance so that you can plant a hedge or a few shrubs around the entrance. It should be obvious that a secret underground bunker should have a non-obvious entrance. The other option is to have it overtly obvious. Right smack bang visible for everyone. Just make sure nobody sees you enter into or out of the bunker. Then your secret is safe.

I can't figure out where I need to go to do this quest to get the key. I'm new to Fallout 3 and haven't discovered a lot of the map yet, but I have tried to go north from the hideout like the note said to uncover any clues, but without any luck. I would appreciate it if someone could point me to where I need to go. I did find a link to youtube that was suppose to be a walkthrough but it has been removed. I have search google with no luck. I spent almost 5 hours looking yesterday.
